Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once services are delivered or accessed.
Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues or errors on our part.

Consulting & Coaching Services

If you cancel within 5 days of purchase before services begin, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less administrative fees).
Once services have commenced, refunds are not typically available.
