My name is Afi Harrington, and I’m a wife, mother, daughter, mathematician, entrepreneur, business coach, and fractional executive. As an African-American woman, the statistics are not in my favor to earn a PhD in a mathematical field or start two businesses…but I did! I believe that we’re all destined for greatness and oftentimes just need to see and talk to someone we relate to in order to recognize and fulfill our own potential.

With over 25 years of consulting and small business management experience, I specialize in strategic planning, analytics, business operations, team development, and financial management for small firms.
I hold a BS in Mathematics from Spelman College and both a MOR and PhD in Operations Research from North Carolina State University.
